Can Shanti is a luxury villa which is run a like a relaxed boutique hotel with all gourmet vegetarian food deliciously prepared by a private chef. (My clients this year said it was the most creative and delicious food they had ever eaten ... high praise indeed!)

The April and May retreats are in partnership with Rachel Staggs Aesthetics. This exclusive rejuvenating package – at a fabulously reduced rate compared to that at her West London salon – will include:

• A private 1-1 skin consultation over Zoom prior to the retreat

• Daily lymphatic body balancer treatments to aid detoxification, weight loss and inflammation

• Daily infrared sauna blanket treatments

• One bespoke facial treatment.

All four retreats are perfect getaways for solo travellers, friends and couples.

Escape and unwind in style
Can Shanti – appropriately meaning “peace” – is a truly magical space tucked away in the serene and unspoilt countryside in south-east Ibiza. It is the perfect place to relax and revive.

Swim in the curved infinity pool surrounded by pine trees or take advantage of some of the island’s best hikes on our very doorstep. An outdoor yoga/Pilates deck also sets the scene for a live musician who will serenade us over dinner on the last night.

There are gorgeously comfortable day beds, along with nooks and crannies, for curling up with a book or sunbathing. Look forward to lazy long deliciously healthy meals, laughter-filled days and star-filled nights.

Retreat dates and costs
Your stay includes daily fitness and Pilates classes with me and Yin yoga with a yoga teacher, a guided walk to a secret beach, and a half-day off to explore Ibiza Town and its fabulous shops or spend the afternoon on a sandy beach with dinner watching the glorious sunset to chilled Ibizan tunes with a live DJ.

Optional excursions are also available at an additional cost, such as a Reiki healing massage, cupping therapy, oracle readings, sound baths and so many other blissful choices. We could even organise a speed boat to the island of Formentera!

Prices are per person in a shared room and dependent on room*:

• 19th-25th April (in conjunction with Rachel Staggs). From £1,895 pp

• 17th-22nd May (in conjunction with Rachel Staggs). From £1,895 pp

• 13th-19th September. From £1,475 pp

The price includes**:

• Six nights’ accommodation (for 2024, a casita will be available as separate accommodation in the grounds for two people)

• Canapés and drinks upon arrival

• Full board with one night off to have a sunset dinner on the beach or another fabulous restaurant in Ibiza

• All soft drinks and healthy snacks

• Daily exercise programme

• Sound bowl reiki session

• A guided walk with me to Heaven’s Gate overlooking the stunning Ibizan sea

How to book your place
A £400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, followed by two further staged payments.

Please note that flights and transfers are not included but I can organise the transfers.

Your holiday is booked with Soul Central Pilates. Teachers and staff are subject to change.
